Welcome to the Wine Club!
The Wine Club at Stonehaus offers an extensive list of locally produced wines sure to please every palate. Members have the option to customize each order, or receive wines hand selected by our wine making staff each quarter. Each order may be picked up at the Pick-Up Party, or will be delivered right to your doorstep for an additional shipping charge making it easy for you to enjoy your Stonehaus favorites year-round!
Note: After joining the club, should you choose to cancel your membership, please be aware we do require you make one quarterly Wine Club run purchase prior to canceling your membership.

Pricing
Many of our wines are $20 per bottle, however, we do currently have a bottle for $50. Therefore, please see below regarding the maximum amounts (assuming you choose the wine priced at $50 for all wines in your package) you can expect to pay.

4 bottles will not exceed $160 (plus tax, current UPS rates, and $7 shipping and handling fee)

6 bottles will not exceed $240 (plus tax, current UPS rates, and $7 shipping and handling fee)

12 bottles will not exceed $450 (plus tax, current UPS rates, and $7 shipping and handling fee)
***Please note, if you choose to pick up your wine you will save the shipping cost, as well as, the $7 shipping and handling fee. Plus, enjoy the fun and festive Pick-Up Parties!

After I join the Wine Club, when can I make my wine selections?
Immediately after signing up for your membership, you can log in and make your next quarterly choices. Once you have logged in, you should see “Member Choices” beside the logout button on your membership page. You must log in each quarter and make your selections. Your selections will not be saved quarter-to-quarter. Click that button and select the wines you want to receive in your next shipment. When you have made your selections, hit the “Checkout” button and that will take you to the Member cart. You will see a green button at the bottom of the screen that says “Save Choices”. Can I choose the mag size bottles for my Wine Club selection?
No. We only include the 750ml size bottles of wine for the Wine Club selections.
How much does it cost to join Stonehaus Winery’s Wine Club?
There is no charge to join our wine club. Members are only required to purchase a minimum of 4 bottles of wine at a discounted rate each quarter.

When do the benefits of the Wine Club begin?
Wine Club benefits begin as soon as you sign up. Each member will receive a discount card to be used on purchases beginning immediately.
Can I choose the wines I receive?
Absolutely! Immediately after signing up for your membership, you can log in and make your next quarterly choices. Can I use my membership discount to reorder wines online?
Yes. You must log in before you place your order.
How will I know when my card has been charged?
Quarterly orders are automatically charged to your card on file during the first week of February, May, August, and November. An email reminder will be sent approximately one month and two weeks prior to processing each quarter.
Will I receive a notification that my wine has been shipped?
You will receive a reminder from Stonehaus Winery approximately two weeks prior to shipping.
Do I have to be home to sign for my shipment?
It is required by federal law for an adult over the age of 21 to sign for a package containing alcohol. If no one over the age of 21 is available to sign for your package, UPS will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before returning it to the winery. In the event that your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to make different arrangements. Should we have to ship the package again, additional shipping charges will occur. If you think there will be a problem with delivery at your home address, you are welcome to provide us with a different address.
If I live locally can I pickup my order rather than having it shipped?
Of course! We will hold a Pick-Up Party one evening each quarter (you will receive an email prior to the party) that members are invited to attend. If you cannot attend the party we will hold your order for 60 days. If you do not pick up the order within the 60 day window we will ship the order to the address you provide. Shipping charges will then be applied to the card on file.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are current UPS rates charged for the respective destination and package weight plus a $7 shipping and handling fee (this simply covers the cost of the packaging material).
Can you ship to every state?
Due to state laws, we unfortunately are unable to ship to every state or outside of the United States. Please see the list above for the states we can ship to currently. If you do not see your state listed, check back periodically. If your state opens up we will add it to the list!
Can I update my account online?
Your account can absolutely be updated online. You will just need to log in. If you have any problem logging in, please contact Kim Wheeler or Kayla McCoy at wineclub@
Can I exchange wine after I receive it?
Like the purchase of wine at the tasting bar, all wine sales are final. Changes to wine selections must be made prior to quarterly processing. If you do not change your order before it is processed, know that we have selected your wines based on the information you given us. Our winemaker produces a variety of exceptional blends so we encourage you to try the wine you receive…you may find a new favorite!
Can my friends and family use my wine club benefits?
Membership benefits are exclusive to the member only. We encourage your guests to become members themselves so that they will receive the same benefits.
How long does my membership last?
As long as you want! We are so happy you enjoy being a part of our Wine Club and hope you stay with us! There is no specific time frame for your membership.
Can I give a Wine Club membership as a gift?
Yes. What a wonderful gift to give!
How can I cancel my Wine Club membership?

Can I rejoin the Wine Club if I cancel my membership?
Yes. You may certainly rejoin at any time.
