Step behind the scenes at Stonehaus Winery in Crossville, TN, and immerse yourself in the fascinating journey of winemaking with our exclusive winery tours. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or a curious newcomer, our tours offer a unique opportunity to experience the intricate process of winemaking in a way that’s both educational and enjoyable. Tours are only available Thursdays and Fridays at either 2pm or 4pm. We have limited spots as each tour can only accept up to 20 people at a time.

ADMISSION

Tours cost $5 per person plus tax, which is required to reserve your spot. You may order your tickets online through Eventbrite below (which will incur a service fee) or give us a call at the winery and place your order over the phone to avoid the extra fee.

THE TOUR

Learn about the delicate balance of nature, science, and craftsmanship that goes into every bottle. We ask that you hold all questions until the end of the tour where we will be happy to answer them.

By the end, you’ll have a newfound appreciation for the complexity and care that goes into making exceptional wine.
  4. Create Lasting Memories: Our winery tours are not just about learning — they’re about creating memories with friends, family, or fellow wine enthusiasts. Your tour will conclude in the Club Room with a wine tasting of 5 pre-selected wines (dry or sweet) to discuss in depth.

FAQs

What should I wear?
We suggest customers prepare for it to be chilly. Pants and a light jacket are suggested.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Yes
What if I’m using something to assist with walking?
We have a concrete smooth service, but there are some uneven surfaces where the drains are located. Please use caution.
What’s the minimum age requirement?
While we are a family-friendly winery, younger children may not have the ability to listen to a 30- to 35-minute tour. We suggest at least ages 12 and older. You will not be able to leave the tour group if your child needs to leave the room.
Can we take pictures and videos?
Yes, but you may not leave the tour group to wander around unaccompanied taking photos/videos.
Can we ask questions during the tour?
We ask that you hold all questions during the walking portion of the tour so that we can keep the tour brief and end with a Q&A in the club room so that everyone can ask their questions and all can hear in the responses.
When should we arrive?
Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in. You may browse around the tasting room and gift shop before the tour starts.
What is the tour about?
The tour will include information about the wine making process including preparing and filtering blends, to the bottling process, and viewing of the equipment used.
What do we do after the tour?
We will conclude the tour with a Q&A session in the club room where you can ask questions about the tour, process or wines. You will also taste 5 pre-selected wines and discuss them as a group. Guests are also welcome to skip the Q&A and enjoy a free tasting at the bar after the tour.
How long is the tour?
The Stonehaus Winery tour on average lasts about 30 to 35 minutes, but no longer than 45 minutes.
