Venue Rental: Club Room
Club Room Rental Rules and Information
- Rate for rental will be $75 per hour
- A minimum of 2 hours is required for rental
- We will require an additional $75 refundable security deposit that will be issued to the customer after rental is complete and no damages are found or additional cleaning fees are needed. Please note if the room is vacated after the agreed upon rental end time, a portion of the deposit, as prorated based on the additional time the room was used, will be retained.
- If the customer wishes to have a Stonehaus Winery employee pour wine for the event, we will charge an additional $30 per hour of rental. This additional fee will include use of our glassware.
- If the customer does not want a Stonehaus Winery employee to bartend, the fee for usage of our glassware will be $10. Customers are welcome to provide their own glassware if they do not want to use ours.
- If the customer wishes to purchase wine for their event, bottles of wine purchased prior to the event will be available at a 10% discount (15% discount for a case or more). If the customer wants guests to order wine by the glass during the event (open bar-style) we will charge by the glass, and no discount will be issued. At the end of the rental, the person on the rental agreement will be responsible for paying for the glasses of wine sold if customer or guests do not pay as they order.
- No outside alcohol is permitted.
- Wine by the glass is only available if a Stonehaus Winery employee is bartending.
- Maximum number of customer and guests shall not exceed 45 persons.
At the end of the rental, customers are expected to…
- Place all trash in trash cans.
- If glassware is used, please have all dirty glasses sitting on the bar top.
- Wipe down any surfaces used at the bar and in the kitchen.
- If any kitchen equipment is used, it should be turned off and wiped down.
- Place all used wine bottles on the bar top.
- If a customer wants to take a partial bottle of wine with them, it must be corked and in a paper bag, available at any register.
- Please report any damage, broken glasses, etc. to an employee before leaving.
If general cleanup is not complete upon leaving, we will keep the customer’s security deposit. If there is any damage to the Club Room or the kitchen, or anything inside of these rooms, we will keep the customer’s security deposit. If damage occurs that results in a cost greater than the $75 security deposit, the customer will be responsible for additional costs of repair or replacement.
Customer Agreement
- I agree that during the time I, or my group, are using Stonehaus Winery’s Club Room, I shall assume full responsibility for myself and my invited guests. This would include damages to property, building, and contents.
- I agree to be bound by and to abide and follow all rules and instructions as set forth in the attached Club Room Rental Rules and Information.
- I further agree that the down payment is not refundable to renter should this engagement be cancelled and it is not possible to re-book this date. Only after said date will 50% of the down payment be rendered back to the renter if the date is filled.
- Renter hereby:
- Agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless Stonehaus Winery and JRDD Properties and all their associates for any personal injury, loss, or damages to him/her.
- Agrees that, should an accident occur within or around Stonehaus Winery caused by the renter’s actions, displays, products, or unsafe conditions, the renter will be held liable. The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless Stonehaus Winery and JRDD Properties and all their associates for any liability resulting in such accidents and the renter assumes and will take full responsibility for such occurrence.
- Agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless Stonehaus Winery and JRDD Properties and all their associates for any merchandise lost, stolen, or broken.
